The competition is open to all tattoo artists, whether Filipino or non-Filipino, as long as
they are registered exhibitors and have paid the necessary fees.
A tattoo piece can be entered in multiple categories as long as it meets the description
and pays the required fees.
All tattoo entries for the competition must be completely healed, with no signs of healing
such as dead skin, except for the on-the-spot categories.
Tattoos of the day must be done on-site, starting from the stencil or drawing and
finishing on the spot.
All tattoo models must be at least 18 years old.
The registration fee is P500 per entry per category.
Once registered, cancellations are not allowed and the fees are non-refundable. If a
contestant does not appear, the fees collected will not be refunded and will go to the
organizer.
The organizer has the right to qualify or disqualify an individual’s entry.
All portrait entries must provide the reference used by the artist; failure to do so will
result in a deduction from the merit of the entry.
All pre-made categories must be completely healed, with no signs of scabbing or fresh
skin tissue.
